Return Policy

Orders

If you receive a damaged item in an order placed at contrarianpublishing.com , please email us at info@contrarianpublishing.com. We do require photographs of any damaged shipment prior to providing a return label.

Upon receipt and inspection of your damaged item, we are able to offer a refund to your original payment method or a replacement (as long as stock is available) on damaged items. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Processing times may vary, but refunds should appear within 10-15 business days.

Pre-orders

When you pre-order a book, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Your order will be shipped when the book is available. You may request to cancel a preorder at any time prior to fulfillment for a full refund to your original payment method. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund, if damaged.
