Effy Misnick

is an Asian American author who is a healthcare consultant by day and an avid reader and writer by night. She has a degree and background in Professional Writing and Rhetoric, working as an ESL writing tutor for graduate students before taking on a role for an online magazine as a Travel and Social Action writer. After writing short thrillers and sci-fi stories for as long as she can remember, she currently writes epic fantasy that highlights characters exploring morality and redemption, alongside kingdoms that shed light on ambition, power, and corruption.

 

As a military spouse and brat, she loves to travel and gets itchy staying in one place for too long. Both she and her husband are pilots, so they have a deep-seated love for all things aviation and enjoy spending time outdoors with their two German Shepherds.
