From debut French queer author Sage Greer

TO THE END OF THE LINE

Perfect for lovers of the brother’s best friend, forced proximity, and second-chance romance tropes, as well as romance readers wanting a low-spice read.

It’s been five years since Nicholas Fisher had a falling out with his older brother’s best friend Matías Romero. The star of their college soccer team, unnaturally optimistic, and handsome as hell, Matías was seemingly perfect. But brooding, grumpy Nicholas learned the truth the hard way, and he’s determined never to fall for Matías’s tricks again.

Now a second-year Ph.D. candidate and newly rooming with his brother Will, Nicholas just wants to keep his head down and survive the school year. So it’s just his luck that Matías is not only moving to Chicago but needs to crash on their couch for a while.

Despite his best attempts at avoiding Matías, there’s only so much he can do when the living room is Matías’s temporary bedroom. His reappearance in Nicholas’s life, along with a budding romance with a TA, reopens old wounds and upends everything he thought he knew. Nicholas might finally be able to be happy and live, really live. That is, if he can just stop getting in his own way.

A story about academia, siblinghood, and finding joy even when it seems impossible, author Sage Greer’s debut novel explores the winding, painful, wonderful path toward love and healing.

PRAISE FOR TO THE END OF THE LINE:

"A heart-on-sleeve debut full of wit, heart, and aching honesty in a story of personal growth and complicated love. Sage Greer knows exactly how to write messy queer feelings that make you hold your breath alongside the characters. A stunning read!"— Courtney Kae, author of In the Event of Love and In the Case of Heartbreak

ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

SAGE GREER has always been passionate about languages and the power of stories to bridge cultures. Born and raised in France, she holds a BA in Political Science and an MA in Sociology. She became a translator in the hopes of sharing diverse voices with French readers. When she isn’t traveling the world for inspiration, Sage writes stories that explore queerness, mental health, and the search for self in adulthood. To The End of the Line is her first novel.

Her own experience with bisexuality inspired her character Matías’s journey.
